The Sid Valley Memory Café is a friendly social meeting place for people with all forms of memory problems and their families and friends, and you are certain to meet other members who are facing the same issues as you. It is run by a team of volunteers, many of whom have specific experience obtained either during their working years, or through training and experience since the café started in 2010.

In addition to a Big Welcome, you can expect a busy and varied social programme, including games, quizzes, bingo and musical entertainment to mention just a few, but just as important is the opportunity to have a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits whilst chatting with friends who are in a similar situation. It is also a chance to connect with local health care professionals, or from time to time to hear presentations from support associations.

Our programme includes outings for members, and from time to time we also organise special interest groups such as walking and gardening.
